My subscriber I’d is 1284814967 and registered mobile no. is 9475351026 . I have recharged my Tata sky account for Rs. 500 on 25th January through debit card on site www.tatasky.com and transaction no. is VT9687019657 . Screenshot attached for your reference . Though the amount was deducted from my account but neither the amount refunded to me nor credited to my set up box I have lodged complaint at least 4 times every time I have been told that the amount will be refunded to my account within 7-10 working days till date the amount has not been refunded . Request advice to whom I should approach for refund of my amount
