I have recharged the tata sky of rupees 1318/- two weeks ago.
From day one I couldn’t get any channels. I could just see the blank screen. I registered a complaint regarding this but no use.
One of their technician came who had no idea what happened with the connection nd without mentioning anything he left.
After that no one came. I kept calling on customer care. They just cancelled the visit.
Again I called them upon, one lady took the call nd said that they wouldn’t send anybody and I have to go there with the setup box.
I told her that how could you say that why should I come, she replied “aise hi hoga jo karna hai krlo”.
Then again I registered a complaint regarding this…one of their senior assured that if the problem won’t be solved within 24hrs , they will refund my money.
I’m having proofs also like screenshots of live chat nd Voice recording.
From last 4 days I kept calling them but they are like “we will refund you in 24 hrs so nd so.
Today I called them up….now they are denying to refund my money.
From last 2 weeks I’m not able to watch anything.
This is very shameful. How can customer trust them.
