Text of Complaint by Dinesh Salve:

– On April 10th 2019 I had made Tatasky subscription changes to my pack and paid for multi tv services for 2nd tv but never received signal on 2nd tv even though full amount of Rs 500 per month was paid for multi tv services.

– A field technician came on June 4th 2019 he said the multi tv pack had to activated and was not active

– Since I paid for the multi tv pack for all of April and May but it was not activated request you to issues refund or apply credit to my account.

Tatasky nodal officer team got back with an Rs 8- to 100 refund offer which is not fair. Tatasky did not provide the service they should refund entire amount paid for 2nd tv.
