Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recharge my Tatasky account dated 26th August 2020 amounting Rs. 2640 & Rs. 1400 (Statement Attached). But due to my financial problem I have request to Tatasky Associate for refund my amount. He initiate the same, tatasky account debited the amount. But till now I have not received any amount from your side. I have checked my bank account and payzapp account. Attached please find my bank statement & Payzapp wallet statement from 26.08.20 to 26.09.20. I have contact several time to tatasky associates but till now no solution for the same. I have also contact to Payzapp customer care. They told me tatasky not initiate the payment for refund. Please do as urgent basis. Why it is not initiate the same. Who is responsible for this amount. Who is responsible for interest the above amount.
