Text of Complaint by Rishabh Malik:

I recharged my Tata sky account with 20 rs. Around 2:00 a.m 17th June 2019, and was not able to recharge my account nor my balance was showing in the account….

I called the customer care..

the only thing they had to say was that we are sorry and can’t do anything about it….

when I asked them to transfer the call to the manager they said that they can do that in the morning not right now as the managers are not available.

What kind of a company is this..no one to take care of the employees..no one to address the issue…

I need a compensation for this..the inconvenience you are causing me and the harassment I have to face of calling you again and again and getting the same reply every time…

bloody cheats my money is deducted and I can’t see it in my account nor my TV is activated till now…

And the employees are worthless..doing nothing, just saying the same thing again and again
