Tatasky ID 1417205141 recharge was due on 22 Sep 21. I recharged and got a SMS (TX-MYTSKY) AT 14.29 hrs Recharge amount Rs. 300 Nre A/c BalanceRs. 300 Monthly charges Rs. 300 Next Due date 22-OCT-2021. But at 22.32 hrs. I get a SMS saying yr Tata Sky recharge TY2109221141474624 was unsuccessful. The last 10 digits appear to be ID NO. WHICH DOES NOT TALLY WITH MY id nO. mY BANK HAS ALREADY DEBITTED MY ACCOUNT FOR rS. 300 AND YOUR tATAsKY cURREN bALANCE ACCOUNTS SHOWS rS. 300 WITH NEXT DU E DATE AS 22 oCT 2021.
pLS, VERIFY AND CONFIRM CORRECTNESS IMMEDIATELY.
