**Recharge not done as per vendore promise*****
Called TATA sky toll free number call got disconnected.
19th July Tata sky dealer calledback informed about package and he promised to provide 1 month free subcription for channel.
After installation paid 1500 rupees to Dealer.
Got a message form TATA sky only 1184 rupees rechager was done on my tata sky account.
Dealer mentioned that he will make sure that he will provide service free for 1 month.
when checked the account due date was 28th july but it should be 19th Aug .
Dealer informed that he will make sure i get channels upto 19th Aug.
Now when contacting vendor/dealer he does not anwer my call .
when call cx care they said i have to contact dealer.
i am stuck between you guys not getting what i was promised for its basically scam with cx .
need to get my re charged form dealer . if not please refund my all my money of 1500 for incorrect details . even care team whihc called me back is not helping i paid the amount for tata sky connection form there dealer so its not my fault please look into this and resolve this issue or else provide me complete refund
Dealer number: 9346545915 , care team not provideding any details of dealer office and address so that we can go the office and check
