Text of Complaint by Indrani Roy Chowdhury:

My subscriber ID is 1218892808 I have been recharged in every month even in current month. Due to cycloan on 20.05.2020 my dish of Tata sky was slightly tilt due to this No signal occurred on my TV but I had been informed Tata sky and they send after few day a technician firstly he told me that one of the main parts of dish attached is completely damaged but before the incident my TV was completely OK and no displacement or any thing stuck the dish so I am not agree to change any parts of dish then the technician do something with dish and then My TV running smoothly but next day morning when I had recharged the TV with my recharge amount after that my TV became no signal completely. I have registered my Tata sky several times but no body come from Tata sky to repair and make no response. So I have make my complaint against Tata sky due to this time of customers service after paying we do not get correct service and try to place extra burden in the from of technical support on customer.
