Dear team
I had recharged my account on 17 Jul 2022 for amout Rs. 355.
I had shared reference ID, Transition Id and Merchant order ID to team TATA sky at multiple times.
But still team is denied the recipient of payment.
I had confirmed from Phonepay about this and got replying the successful transition completed within two parties.
This clarify that the amout is still with TATA sky and these people are denied the recipient of payment.
Moreover they are not contact me and closed call with statement that customer agree with ressolution given.
Pleas help me as I had Stuk from 50 days
