Hi Tata Sky Team,
This is to highlight your service and nature of looting customers daily.
As per the government guideline and policies, every users have the right to select their preferred channels which you don’t. I have been highlighting this issue to your customer care 3-4 times but hopeless attempt.
All the sites works fine (both app & web) but the site to select channel never work. Is this how you loot your customer by not giving them the right option and help and let them recharge for the full amount which they really don’t need? This is one of the worst service provided I have ever experienced.
I will NEVER recommend to anyone! Pathetic and horrible Service provider.
