- My Tata Sky television connection was being monthy recharged at the rate of Rs 365/-. But suddenly the next recharge amount came Upto Rs 441/- which is seriously unjustified as I made no additions in subscribed channel . Then I chose a Family kids pack which is priced as Rs 212 on a “monthly basis” . But again to my dissatisfaction the recharged amount flashed a validity on only 14 days!! . Further when I approached customer care services so that I can continue with the latter pack as my standardized pack they told me that the next recharge amount would become due on 14 days later and would come up to Rs 437 ( 212 for pack + 150 digital fees + 75 others) . This is truly not justified as I want to opt for an option with lower price but Tata Sky is not coming up to my expectations!
