I have never asked for Tata Sky Smart Games to be added to my pack but I have been charged for it for at least two months. Neither the web-site nor the Tata Sky Ap enables me to delete it from my pack. There is no possibility of filing a complaint on their site and when one tries to do it through Live Chat it says there’s a technical glitch and on WhatsApp it sends her whole list of channels one can order but does not answer the question.
