My monthly payment for TataSky subscription was £263 until March 2020 when I was making monthly payments.
Because of the constant ads and personal situation I made a 6 month advance payment on March 10, 2020.
Immediatly, TATASKY added 3 extra packages without my knowledge and nearly doubled my monthly payment to £418 and did not send any monthly statement during this time or any sort of notification that these packages are added.
3 months later i get a notification saying payment of Rs. 418 is due.
I want the money refunded. Simple.
I feel sad for the CS agents who work there.
Can you imagine how many angry calls such as mine they have to deal with because TATASKY steals money from customers?
