We were forced to get our subscription discontinued from Tata Sky as for 4 days no technician came to resolve our problem. Their customer service is pathetic, who only makes false promises , for 4 days they gave diff time slots for the technician visit, however nobody came. we decided to discontinue the service. Even to get our refund, they need 72 hrs for a technician visit to pick up the hardware. what a pathetic state of affairs . Cant believe that tata sky runs with a complete bunch of morons who have no idea what is happening between operation and CS. They take yrly subscription at the begining and even to get a refund they make the customer run after them from pillar to post.
Shame on your Tata Sky for wasting valuable consumer time and resource. You shd close business , bcos even a local cable guy gives better service at half the price than you.,
