Service Request Reference Number: 1H8F7DT1 / Service Request Reference Number: 1H8E4MZ0
With reference to the above service reference number and complain details i logged with tata sky as there are some technical problem that i cannot view any channels with tata sky.
After repeated follow up with the agents in the call center and escalation i was told my request has been put on HOLD due to local cable operator issues. I don’t understand the issue at the same time when i checked with my neighbors I understood there is no such issues with our local cable operators.
As a customer i pay my regular subscription fee and also happy to pay the visiting charges for the technician to fix my issue, but the response from Tata Sky is too bad that they are not ready to hear me and put some false excuse like above and not acting on my issues.

The issue is not fixed yet, Iam have not got any call from any technician or any time to resolve this issue. I dont also see you have escalated this.
The only response I got is additional ticket reference number for this case

Remember Iam still paying for the channel subscription charges for last 3 days without viewing any channels as the service is still not available.

The issue still not resolved. I waited now for one week based on the promise given by the Nodal officers, but looks like they are lying customer with false promises. More over as I checked with my local cable operators in my layout there is no such issues and they are not stopping any outsiders getting into the layout. They also suggest if they tata sky engineers have such issue why not they are raising any police complaint with the nearby police station? I checked with few others in the layout no one have such issues, either tata sky engineers are cheating the customer stating unrealistic issues or they dint have any technicians to support. Even Iam happy to cancel my service with tata sky but they are not accepting to cancel the service too..
Any idea what is the next level of escalation after Nodal officers?

I don’t understand how do you decide the issue is resolved, there is no technician contacted me for visiting nor they have fixed the issue…
If you cannot fix the issue please confirm that the issue will not be fixed, Iam happy to cancel the service too… but don’t make such false statement saying the issue has been addressed.
NO THE ISSUE IS NOT YET ADDRESSED OR FIXED,
The situation is the same like on last Friday 17th May. There is no signal and the ticket i raised with Tata sky is on HOLD.
