I anjali arora bought the tata sky connection on 31st dec 2017 and paid the amount, the technician came and installed the set up box advised me to check the connection, it was working fine. In the past couple of times i had the issue with the connection, technician came resolved the issue. On 23rd june my tata sky was not working, i logged the complaint, and after sometime i get a call from one of your service center that the technician visited your society, however there is no disc installed for your connection and now they want me to pay more so that i can get the connection. At the time of purchase for the new connection everything was included in the package, if your technician did not do his job right its not my problem. Please get the issue resolved on priority and need a credit for the days i am unable to use your services
