I am having a tata sky connection with ID 1185757174
From last 8 day my tata sky is not working and i have register many complaint for the same
but no one is listening to this
On Monday the technical came to my home and went away with out informing me any thing and with out resolving the issues (very unprofessional)
since then one one is ready to resolve this and its being 8 day i call regularly to customer care and customer care having in one answer “please wait your issues will get resolve”
today I got message saying “your complaint is on hold” when i called Customer care i got answer saying “i have asked to put it on hold”
I made this very clear that I haven’t ask to put is on hold and no one contacted me regarding it.
Very unprofessional, i haven’t expected this from tata sky .
