Hello sir/madam
i called tatasky customer care on 25-4-2019, that paid channels is not working, they told give us 24 hrs to solve the problem, but after 24 hrs the problem was same, next day on 26-4-19 I called and they said the same thing of 24 hrs, next day 27-4-19 I called and talked to senior executive he also ask me to give 24 hrs, we will solve it surely, but the problem is not solved , today on 28-4-19 I called and talked to mr Saba, employee I’d is 114041, senior team member, he also said the same thing of 24 hrs….
Company is deducting charges daily regularly, they don’t play channels even after one minute late, now they are not providing service. What the company is doing??? Their technical team is doing work or only time pass…
kindly go through my email and solve my problem, otherwise I am planning to file case in consumer cort.
