I am facing this problem from last 2 months that while running a channel on Television the many times channel stop working and screen get blank completely. Then after some time it start again and then disappear again.
This problem Kam facing mostly in paid channel.
Have made many complaint to tata sky still the problem is not solved yet.
I need a compensation for the days for which the channel not seen and immediate solution for this problem.
