I recharged my tata sky dth with Rs 12345/- by mistake on 29 sept 2020. After a lot of persual on customer care helpline,they supposedly initiated a refund of the above amount and also provided a transaction id for same.I approached my bank since then on repeated occasions with same and they have confirmed that no such refund has been received by them.Today is 4th January 2021 and till date the refund has not been credited to my account. I am a 62 year old lady and in this covid pandemic situation i am being harassed by tata sky as i need to go to my bank for inquiring about the reversal.
