Yesterday your team called and my son on a visit from USA took the call. connection is in his name. but we enjoy and play the subscription and pay for it. He is not aware of whats going on for nearly eight months to get our refund for the cancelled subscription.

How you are assessing the refund at Rs 2800 when I paid Rs 3600 in advance and used the service for just four days as the TV failed.
The internet browsing stick you provided was on a free trial for a month while it lasted only two days because of my TV failure.

Please refund me the proper amount due. and show how you are deducting Rs 800 for four days of usage . Your TV technicians came and took the setup box (a new one for which I paid another Rs 1200, He said it will be our own but took it back on cancellation. The old one did not recognise your download and stopped at 36 % making it ncessary to get a new set up box. This Tamasha lasted just four days.

I have not claimed that Rs 1200 for a new setup box which is returned after using for just four days.

Please therefore refund the full advance.
