As per new TRAI order , consumer is allowed to make his own pack by choosing individual channels or packs.
Though TATA Sky is claiming that this facility is available on your website. But if you try to view channels it ask for OTP which never reaches to consumer mobile. If we try to make complaint against the same they are not ready to register a complaint. Their call center representative Mr. Rahul told that OTP is getting generated in system and there is no provision to register complaint of such type.
It looks like TATA Sky is trying every trick in a book to create hurdles for their consumer to choose channels at discounted rates as per TRAI order.
