I booked a new online HD connection on dt:27.05.19 vide ref no-Tata Sky transaction ID: DS2705191010808223 .Everyday i am calling to customer care they r giving me false assurance.
Most pathetic customer service #tatasky after registering complaint till date not installation new connection to visit .. @TataSky this is how @TataSky gives customer service. Pathetic service.pl.stop your online booking for new connection. @TataSky only help their distributors /Dealers. @TataSky help to Corruption or black marketing because if dealers want to provide a new connection within 3 days Rs.500/-extra amount available in market how can possible.
