I have a long duration pack with Tata Sky but they have modified the same on its own without informing me. They told me that we won’t be providing the same to you. As per the TRAI rule, Tata Sky and all the DTH companies had to honour the long duration pack but they are not doing the same. It is like cheating with the customers. Please help us.
