Text of Complaint by R. Paul:

As I had recharged my tata sky connection on 11/10/20 and on 20/10/2020 I had requested for suspension of connection due to out of station upto 31/10/2020. Resumed services on 1/11/2020 to 8/11/2020. On 8/11/2020, it is observed that the message is highlighted for deactivation without extending the validity date of suspension period. On 8/11/2020 I lodged my complaint but without considering my request my connection deactivated and cancelled the suspension period. Availed services only 18 days after paying one month subscription fees. It’s may be extortion of money by manipulating my account details without updating my requests. I, therefore, request before the authority to call the tatasky with my account details and consider my prayers for which I shall be obliged.
