I am a tata sky subscriber id 1237809445 this is regarding two transaction on 10/06/2019 ref no 30045100297 of rs 20825 and ref no 30045101444 of rs 20000
made by citibank credit card.i have attached the email from tata sky mentioning that they have not received rs 20000 as claimed by me.
but i have paid citibank for the transaction and am not aware of the reason of non credit to my account. tata sky mention we had received only 1 transaction that is on 10/06/2019 10:29:44 PM of rs. 20,825/- along with the transaction id TY1906101046150093.
The another payment was not received in Tata sky account. i raised the issue with citibank and they ave provided me with proof that the merchant (tata sky) has been credited both the amount and they have provided the transaction id and reciept no.
please reverse my rs 20000 which have not been credited in my account.
