Tata Sky’s online system is not reflecting the channel selection properly. All the paid channel selections reflect correctly but many of the free channel selection are dropped and does not reflect in your selection list. Support team is not able to help and tell us that channels were not selected and we need to redo the selection again. I have done it more than once and got same result each time. I believe this is planned cheating to make things difficult for consumers so that they are forced to select paid channel packs.
t. Some channels like B4U, NewsX were selected but I don’t get those channels.
