Dear Sir
It’s been more than 20 days the complaint has been given regarding not working and no signal..sofar nothing has been done. We called the customer care they said within 24 hours they will be sending their service executive and the problem will be rectified till now problem has not been rectified.

With a good hope the problem shall be rectified without any more delay. Immediate actions in this regard is highly appreciated.
