Since Sunday both set-top boxes that we have been using for 5 years are saying no signal or cloudy weather. This is with a bright sunny sky for atleast a month. First the service center plays ping pong on which area it is. Once that is settled there have been two technicians who either say antenna problem or set-top box problem and you wait for some download or signal to get better.

This is one full week of services that I have paid for and will not be using. If your customer services are getting cut because of the TRAI ruling reducing prices – please let us know. We will look for other providers who can handle customer complaints or we will learn to live without services without spending money unnecessarily and adding further tension to follow-up with you.
