Respected Sir / Madam,
This is Jagadeesh. On 28th August, 2021 I have made online payment of Rs.1,680/- to TATA Sky for new DTH connection. After making the payment I have received successful receipt(attached herewith for reference) vide transaction id.DS2808216001659832.
As per TATA Sky DTH policy within 24 hours of payment, their person will call us and install DTH connection. I have waited more than 24 hours and nobody has responded. I have called TATA Sky customer care on 30-Aug-2021 at 15:30 hrs and sent mail to TATA Sky help desk i.e.help@tatasky.com on 30-Aug-2021. Both customer care person and helpdesk mail they are asking about my Subscriber Id and without Subscriber Id they can’t / won’t answer my query. But, I didn’t received any Subscriber ID from TATA Sky.
I respect a lot to TATA company and their management are very good. But, I didn’t expected from TATA company this type of problem will arise. I humbly request your goodself, please do the needful to get refund of my amount paid of Rs.1,680/-.
