I have booked a Standard Set Top Box connection through TATA Sky Website and made a payment of Rs. 1970 on 13 Feb 2022. The Agent called and informed Tata Sky Normal STB is stopped and you have to go for HD STB – Which I rejected.
I have spoken to almost 15 Customer Care Executives on a Daily Basis and everybody gave a false commitment with false assurance to escape the call. They said – today it will be done, today the refund will happen, today the tech team will call and I have spoke to 4 Team Leaders of the Call Centre who themselves made a false assurance. Everybody is fraudlent in this case, everybody is acting in the same manner. No solution to my problem.
I have humbly made my request for Cancellation and there is no solution to my problem. I am tired and I will take this to the Consumer court as I have every evidence to my call spoken with recording.
