I have taken new connection from Tata Sky at D-3 Parmunagar Sector-4 Vashi Navi Mumbai and the person came from Tata Sky his name is Sonam say he is a Engg from Tata Sky and taking Cash and told he will Recharge the same but till today neither the Recharge has been done then the technical person when i contacted he infomed that he is taking cash from other also. His mobile number is 7045028072 kindly take the necessary action for the same.
