Dear hi,

I raised complained about tata sky set up box on yesterday customer care number they said with in 24 hours our engineer will call u so today I received a called by Shukla he asked me what issue is there in dish TV I said set up box he said your top floor is empty u don’t understand what I am asking I said plz speak politely and don’t use such type of language he said don’t teach me after debating he said I will come with in half an hour then I said OK

After 10 minutes he said I will not able to come my boss said don’t go

I called his boss yash mali he said he said u have spoken rudely with Shukla so I will not send is this we are expecting with the tata sky company
