Hi Team,

I need to raise my concern against the tata sky team. I have raised the issue with request number 1EBY4V5J on 5th April 2019 and didn’t get any respond from thier end. I have called them around 5-6 times and they dont have the proper justification to my problem. The concern is that on 18 dec 2018, My dad did the recharge of Rs 6750 on annually basis but on 3 April 2019, I came to know that the balance in my account is just Rs 241. How come 6.5k can be used in three months. i have raised the issue on 5th and till date these guys do not have a proper justification for the same. Being a valuable customer from7-8 years, this kind of customer service is not expected from them. The other thing is my account will be deactivated on 15th April 2019. What to do if my account gets deactivated as tata sky owes around 4k of mine. Can you please suggest me a solution to it.
