Hello ,
I was not able to view some channels on tv, view is bad weather but the weather is very sunny so I had complaint customer care one month before and they told me the Problem needs to be resolved if technician will visit, I am said , No need to pay any charge , but they have deduct amount from my account?
Also they are charging monthly recharge amout which they promised to wave off.
They have charged around 800Rs on for super LMB which promise for free of cost in call.

Tata sky providing very pathetic service and looting us. I asked them to take your box and return my money but they are not agree. Box cost is around 6500Rs.
If tata sky is not able to provide service properly they should not loot common people.
