This is to inform you that my register number is 9911152678 and i was avail the services of platinum package without informing package has been changed as per TRAI its all ready mentioned that if customer is long duration package you cant change the channel package but tata sky has been done apart form that today i have seen so am going to choose lowest package
if am going to see billing part there is network fee applicable which is around 153 rs something and now am going to see my channel package the dd basic package not active and company took my hard money 153 rs without any channel worst services by tata sky
