I recharge my tata sky connection monthly. I want to download tax invoice for those payments for the period from April 20 to Feb 21. Tata sky customer care keeps saying i can download that from their app. But there is no option on app to download Tax invoice. Only account statement is available. Then I requested customer care representative to share invoice for above period by mail. Again they said I should download from app only and they are not sharing tax invoice.
