Text of Complaint by S Basu:

My Tata Sky is not receiving signals since 20th May 2020 just after Amphan Cycloan hit Kolkata. I had complained and received a Work Order No. 1-23BSP3B6 on 22nd May. I sent email several times since no technician appeared. Surprisingly you cancelled the Work order citing a baseless reason. Everytime I called you over Customer service no. you said Covid & Amphan are reasons for delay in fixing the fault. I was given a new Work order no. 1-24HVLOXW on 5th June 2020. Whenever I called & asked about the status of my complaint you kept on assuring that my problem will be solved soon. Today a lady called me from +918068163900 & asked useless questions. I am worried since somene had called on early June before cancelling the initial work order. I am without connection but nevertheless Tata Sky keeps on deducting money from my account. Does Tata Sky have any technician ? Or will you keep on blaming Covid/Amphan when life has returned to normal in Kolkata long ago ? My Tata Sky ID is 1028269957
