Text of Complaint by Avijit Das:

As a customer of Tata sky dth service I have requested to drop 2 channels star sports 1 Hindi and Sony ten3 via Tata sky mobile app. On 28 Nov 2020. There fore I have called plenty of times to Tata sky customer care service and asking for why those channels were  not dropped from my current package. While channels r dropped from tv screen but amount deducted from monthly subscription. They giving me false information/ assurance from very first day. Leaving me in the dark. Telling about sure modifications of packages but nothing happened in practical. Till amount deducting from monthly subscription. I want strict action should be taken so that the will never repeat this kind of things with other. Tks.
