I installed tata sky hd on 22th may 2021. And the executive told me its free for 1 month next day they installed fire stick and that also free for 1 month i paid 1130 for all this. And my service deactivated on 31st may 2021 and for that i called customer care and told them abt this every time they disconnected my call 1st person is prasanjit then rajendra and the both are SM. After installation my pack is changed without any information and without any confirmation of mine. And now tata sky charged too much amt. This not gud service they provide worst service. Contact me if you are care for ur customers and don’t do that kind of fraud with customers.
