I have a Tata Sky Connection. and referred one of my friend (on successful refer both should get 200 bonus ). and friend clicked on the link and placed the order. once she did the order she got multiple calls from Tata Sky. and in a day she got the connection installed and. said the reference bonus will be credited in next 24hrs. it is been more that 20days. but for either of the parties got the bonus refunded. and when we ask TaTa Sky customer care. they say, it got installed by dealers. so bonus is not applicable.
Friend have not contacted any dealers. how a dealers can come to know that my friend needs a connection? until unless TaTa sky share the data for all the dealers?
I can see.. it is all the TaTa Sky game to get more customer and cheat Customer from the reference bonus.
