I made a mistake by recharging my old account via Amazon Pay. Tata sky agent tells me not to worry, the amount will be reversed with a deduction of 2.75% which I did agree to over the phone. Evening I get a call from Lalit from Tata sky just to Instigate me and tell me that I was lied and the amount cannot be credited back. I need to contact Amazon. The payment has reached Tata sky and Tata sky is asking me to reach Amazon for refund. Stupid right???? But I still called Amazon and they denied my refund too. So Thanks Tata sky. You’ve done brilliant by SCAMMING your customer. Good trick of making money!
