My Subscriber ID is 1187841497. It was not in use since March 19 due to my son’s study. Today Tata Sky technician has come and reinstalled the connection. He told that your ID is active and just needed recharge. Firstly I recharged for Rs.500/. However, he told that it will take time so, he did it again for Rs.500/ from his mobile app. So, now I paid total Rs.1000/- . He told that connection will be resumed soon, within 10 minutes. However, I called 5 times in their Toll Free No. 18002086633. Every time I got an assurance that due to some technical glitch, issue will be resolved soon. Talking to these toll free no. and waiting to talk to some representative, it takes lot of time. I did the same for 5 times today still no one is able to solve my problem. Connection is still not restored. This TATA SKY is a 420 company and making fool of their subscribers. their personal will irritate you they way they talk to you. I need immediate activation of my channel.
