So I’ve been approaching Tata sky from past more than two month for my refund of ₹585 recharge on 23th of December to my old id that is 1110561287 with registered number to be 8050027831.. in response to customer care guys told it’s already been processed to the dealer which in this case is MobiKwik wallet with the id TV1812231295615327 and my wallet doesn’t reflect any such refunded amount so now so ilodge complaint redressal forum for my greivance I enclosed herewith acknowledgement of successful transaction ID done by the MobiKwik dealer amount to the Tata sky dealer i request to Tata sky help please send if revert to the mMobiKwik dealer or recharge the same amount to my new id 1277161558..I have also attached the
