Text of Complaint by Wafa Kapdi:

Yesterday night I called and downgreaded my pack to ₹350. Then in the morning again it was automatically increased to ₹1300. Then again due to lock in time again it pack was reduced to ₹700. Again then in 30mins pack was automatically increased to ₹1200. Again by evening without any changes package was increased to ₹1500. Their call centre says done by dealer. Dealer say we cant do any changes to package unless consumer provide us with OTP. I have not shared OTP with any one
