i had paid rs7700 toward tatasky subscription for 12 months under tayasky subscription id:1248015859 for main & secondary connection.on 22 march 2019 .
on 19 jan 2020, i complianed for nondisplay of picture in secondary connection and the same was repaired promptly.But on 20 jan 2020 ,
i received a message from tatasky that i had asked for change of package and hence they are increasing the monthly tariff to rs 798/ with retrospective effect and further i have to pay rs1224 before 30 jan2020 and then only bonus of rs751/ will be credited on 16 march 2020 to my tatasky account..
in response i cotacted tatasky customer care & also nodal officer.that i have not asked any change in package since march 2019 and hence increase in tariff is not warranted.
tatasky has not yet resolved my compliant till now.
