I had subscribed for annual package as the TRAI rules were going to come in effect and they were going to raise the prices. I was told that if I renewed now then those rules wont affect me nad I wont have to pay more. So I signed up for Annual Package. But they regardless took more money without intimidating me or taking my permission and ran out my prepaid money in December.
