Text of Complaint by S Lakshminarayanan:

Sir

I have paid ₹ 3250 for installation+ 6 months Tamil HD pack to Tata sky dealer Yashaswi/Pooja/Suma having phone number – 7022431634.

But they have recharged ₹ 1900 only and Tata sky is refus6 to go e the channels though the installation is completed on 29.05.2019 in my premises.

I sent a mail to help@tatasky.com which reads as follows.

Your agent Yashaswi phone – 7022431634
has taken the payment from me ₹ 3250 for installation plus 6 months Tamil HD pack.But she has recharged ₹ 1900 and she says she has paid full amount and that you are not giving the connection.

I sent a what’s app message to your dealer which is here below.

Kind attn : Pooja/ Suma/ Yashaswi,

You asked me to pay ₹ 3250 for 6 months Tamil HD and I paid you full amount. You have to pay RS 2900 to Tata sky and you paid RS 1900. Tata sky is supposed to give you a gift voucher of ₹ 999 and they have not given you the gift voucher. Is it my mistake ? It is problem between you and Tata sky and in between you have made a fool of me…Tell me what is my mistake ? I have given you the full payment that you asked for that is ₹ 3250 for installation + 6 month Tamil HD. YOU HAVE MADE A FOOL OF ME IN THIS MATTER FOR NO MISTAKE OF MINE. If Tata is not paying you the commission, you should fight with TATA and not put me into trouble because I have paid you full amount.
Please look into the matter and give the connection Immediately.

Please look into the matter and give my channels Immediately as I’m not getting any channel despite paying full amount of ₹ 3250. ( RS 100 advance + ₹ 3150 subsequent payment.)
