I am having Tata Sky connection having Id 1143333175 for about five years.
I have been charging annually and availing one month bonus over all these years

I again recharged Annual offer by rs 7999 on 30th may 2019 to avail the monthly bonus but the bonus was not credited till June 2019.

Having enquired from call centre they replied that the bonus would be credited at the end of year as per the average calculated based upon your annual selection of channels as trai was making amendments on tariffs etc.

The bonus was not credited to the account and my connection as deactivated.
On having reminded about the annual charge and monthly bonus, the call centre said they said they can not do anything on this.

I send the mail to the company about the false promises of offers and cheating being done and on getting the complaint escalated the the executive agreed to give the bonus within 24 hours ie by 10th June 2020 which has still not been credited.

The annual offer is still continues and i have lost the trust in the company which is making false promises.

The company is treating it’s customers like beggers who are chasing helpline who do not even offer a call back number to speak to same executive who is dealing with your case.

I am unable to get a reply from the company now.
