Hi

My Subscription ID : 1083943744 yesterday all of sudden my set top box stop working i had log the request with tata sky cc today engineer visit to my location and conclude to replace the set top box but he refuse to replace the box stating that there is no sticker in the box i tried to convince him that it is very old box and i am not sure about sticker and at the time of purchase no one told me to maintain the sticker condition also did not agreed with if sticker is not there then there will be no service from tata sky.

I tried to connect with customer care but they were unable to help and forcing me to take additional connection as part of multi connection and discontinue the primary one (costing me 1399 INR) , or take the new connection (costing me around 2500 INR) which is totally irrelevant why should i buy new one if i need to buy it then there are other operator options available with this kind of services i will definitely did not continue with Tata Sky.
